| Everything was perfect...too good to be true. Then today I saw that I was charged again for my lodging which I prepaid at your site. I dont think this is right. I am now checking my emails but have not found an email from them regarding this charge. Appreciate if you can communicate with them, either you refund me or them. Thanks! |

| Great hotel! very easy to get to the room. didn't have to walk through the casino. rooms not far from the parking lot! Best hotel we stayed at in Vegas! |

| The rooms were comfortable, including the beds. We had a deluxe king romm connecting to a suite with 2 queens. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pools, the shark aquarium, and the free Wi-Fi. We didn't eat at the hotel--except for the Chinese noodle restaurant--but we will try the buffet next time. We only stayed two nights but want to come back again for longer and to enjoy more of the choices. |

| Mattress was very uncomfortable After staying for three nights we all went back home with a back pain..I think the hotel needs to renew their beds... |

| I found the hold on the Credit card to be excessive. Use of a mini fridge is $35/day in a suite??? All other things about this hotel were great! |
