Las Vegas Shopping: Via Bellagio and the Wynn Esplanade

If a bit of luxury Las Vegas shopping is in order, there are two names that stand out: Via Bellagio and Wynn Esplanade. These two locations are geared toward the upper class, high-rollers, and shopping buffs. The stores, restaurants and experience are all unrivaled. It would be an easy task for even the wealthy to spend a year’s wages shopping in the stores at these two locations.

Via Bellagio
At Via Bellagio, Tiffany and Co. is the big name. This famous (you’re on the right track if you’re thinking Audrey Hepburn and Breakfast), oh-so-expensive jeweler has pieces for every occasion, because when you live life without reserve, every occasion deserves the finest things. Display jewelry retails for anywhere between $40 and $15,000, and many pieces scale much higher than display tagged items. The Via Bellagio also hosts Prada, Giorgio Armani, and Dior. Diners might enjoy a stop at the Michael Mina, for unparalleled fine dining.

Via Bellagio shops are open from 10am—11pm seven days a week. The corridor is accessible around the clock, and the famous Bellagio fountains are always running in the front of the casinos nearby to the shops. Valet parking is the best way to go, and hotel guests can simply take an elevator down.

Wynn Esplanade
The only name to rival the splendor of Via Bellagio is the Wynn Esplanade. A simple perusing of the retail names in the Wynn make it evident that the shopping competition is fierce. Brioni, Chanel, Dior Homme, Jean Paul Gaultier, Manolo Blahnik, Louis Vuitton, Graff Jewelers, Wynn Signature Shop, San Giorgio, Black Satin Intimates, Oscar de la Renta, and Decorazzi are just a few of its many shops. What is noticeably missing from the list is a store that offers retail for an accessible budget. Plenty of Las Vegas shopping centers elsewhere satiate budget shopping. At the Wynn, it is all about luxury. Though there are no restaurants in the shopping center, the Wynn Hotel has a selection of fine dining geared toward its high-class clientele.

The hotel parking garage is accessible to hotel guests only. For all others, valet parking is a good option, or a shuttle to the lobby area can be arranged as well. The shops are open from 10am—11pm daily. Some shoppers might enjoy window-shopping as a way to enjoy what the privileged life has to offer. The malls are open to all.
