For quick bites, more than 20 additional options are situated throughout the casino level and among The Grand Canal Shoppes. 24-hour room service is available. Among the offerings:

AquaKnox - Created by celebrated chef Tom Moloney, this restaurant flies in fresh seafood daily from around the world. It features a water-encased walk-in wine cellar and cool underwater ambience. Open nightly for dinner.

Bouchon - Created by world-renowned chef Thomas Keller, the sole recipient of consecutive "Best Chef" awards from the prestigious James Beard Foundation, this restaurant is modeled on the original bouchons of Lyon. The restaurant boasts an extensive selection of raw seafood, and an elegant main dining room and poolside garden. Open daily for breakfast and dinner, Saturday and Sunday for brunch.

B&B Ristorante - Created by celebrated chef Mario Batali, this restaurant serves classic Old World Italian fare with Las Vegas panache. Dishes may include Beef Cheek Ravioli with Black Truffles, and Whole Grilled Branzino with Summer Squash and Salsa Verde. Open daily for dinner.

Postrio Bar & Grill - Created by Wolfgang Puck, this restaurant provides a sophisticated take on classic "bar and grill" fare, as well as a view onto the festivities of St. Mark's Square.

Delmonico Steakhouse - Created by Emeril Lagasse, this restaurant serves up big New Orleans-style flavors and an award-winning wine list.

Things to do

The Venetian is home to some of the most acclaimed shows and performances in town--and that's saying a lot in a city where entertainment is king. The perennially popular Blue Man Group performs 2 shows each night in a custom-built, 1,760-seat theater. Suitable for all ages, this innovative production features music, comedy, and audience participation.

Lauded by critics, Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular plays in a $40 million theater modeled after Paris' Opera House. This lavish production features signature Phantom of the Opera songs, new illusions, and opulent sets and costumes.

Head over to The Palazzo for Jersey Boys, the blockbuster Broadway hit that tells the 40-year history of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons with some of the best-loved songs of the 1960s.

For a taste of Vegas' famed nightlife, look no farther than TAO, a 10,000-square-foot nightclub with go-go dancers, 2 distinctive dance floors, European bottle service, and an outdoor terrace with stunning views of The Strip. Other onsite lounges include the swanky V Bar and the casino-level La Scena, which hosts live bands nightly.

Schedules and availability are subject to change without notice; for more information on current shows, contact the hotel at the number listed on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this web site.

Recreation

The pool area at The Venetian comprises 3 outdoor pools, 23 cabanas, a spa tub, and 4 outdoor pavilion beds. Wolfgang Puck's RIVA poolside restaurant is open seasonally, and cocktail service is available. The 5-acre complex is an excellent place to spend the day, or drop in between gaming, shopping, and spa treatments.

A passport at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub® will buy you access to their state-of-the-art fitness facility and attendance at their fitness classes. Classes include yoga, Pilates, cycling, and muscle conditioning. You can even take a class to learn rock-climbing basics at the indoor rock wall!

Spa information

Canyon Ranch spas are renowned the world over for their focus on healthy living and their lavish spa treatments. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub® at The Palazzo, easily accessible to Venetian guests, lives up to this world-class reputation. With numerous spa environments, a fitness center, café, salon, and barber suite, the 134,000-square-foot Canyon Ranch SpaClub® offers something for everyone.

Spa packages range from massage and therapeutic bodywork to ayurvedic and energy therapies; all include a credit to a meal at the Canyon Ranch Grill, access to Aquavana and the fitness center, and complimentary beverages in the relaxation lounges. Whether you want a girls' getaway, a romantic couples' retreat, or just to escape for a while and pamper yourself, The Canyon Ranch SpaClub® has a rejuvenating, sensory experience that fits you (like a "healing cocoon" body wrap!).

Guests can purchase passports that give access to the fitness center and fitness classes. Passports also gain guests entry to Aquavana, a European-inspired suite of thermal spa cabins offering aqua-thermal experiences, including herbal-infused steam, massage fountains, cooling showers, and dry heat.

  • Overview
If you enjoy eating like royalty, gambling in style, and taking in world-class entertainment, The Venetian would be an excellent bet for your next Las Vegas holiday. Situated right on The Strip, The Venetian offers a glimpse into the heart of Venice, while embracing the spirit of Las Vegas to do things on a grand scale.

After an afternoon shopping along The Grand Canal, you can sit at a café on St. Mark's Square and watch the gondolas float by--or ride in a gondola yourself--and not even register that you're indoors, and that the frescoed clouds overhead are sheltering you from the desert heat. Or, you can embrace the sun on the 5-acre pool deck with 3 pools, cocktail service, and private cabanas.

Whatever your pleasure, delicious dining is never far away, with critically acclaimed restaurants around every corner, headed by culinary luminaries like Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, and Mario Batali. Whether you're up or down for the day at the gaming tables, when it comes to dining you can't go wrong. Likewise, the shows at The Venetian are sure bets, with performances by Blue Man Group and blockbusters like Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular and Jersey Boys.

The Venetian's grounds (and canals) flow into those of companion property The Palazzo, so the attractions of that resort are also at your doorstep, including the world-famous Canyon Ranch SpaClub®, with an array of fitness and nutrition options, as well as an extensive menu of luxurious treatments. If you're getting no love from Lady Luck at the Venetian Casino, you can stroll over to The Palazzo Casino and start fresh--without heading out onto the long sidewalks of The Strip.

In fact, like many guests who stay at The Venetian, you may find yourself staying at The Venetian, finding little reason to venture from the resort. And why would you, when you have the best that Las Vegas offers right outside your suite? With some of the largest and most elegantly appointed suites in the city, you can rest assured (on a plush mattress, between Egyptian-cotton sheets) that the best on offer is in your suite as well.
